Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Cold hold- prep table on cook line- shell eggs 68F (9:00-10:30). 1 cracked egg. Kitchen manager discarded cracked egg and carton that was contaminated and placed eggs in walk in cooler.
No soap provided at handwash sink at wait station ( soap under sink ), in ware washing area ( employee placed bottle of soap at sink).
Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment on right side of interior ice chute in ice machine.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
