Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Sesame chicken (109F-125F - Hot Holding) at front counter cooked half an hour ago. Operator reheated to 202F.

Single-service forks not stored inverted or protected from contamination.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee came back from eating lunch in the dining room. She put gloves on to serve food on the front line without washing hands. Reviewed proper hand washing with employee, she then washed hands and put gloves on.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink at cook line. Operator provided.
