Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. 3 sani buckets tested 0-100ppm. Operator remade solutions, all tested 200ppm.

Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Outside dumpster missing lid. Operator states they are in the process of obtaining new one.
