Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Observed employee exit restroom return to front counter and began plating an order. Educated employee, who then proceeded to prepare another order before washing hands. Manager coached employee on handwashing before continuing task.
