Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. cooked from raw at approx 940am (pan 1 )teriyaki chicken (99-102F - Hot Holding); (pan 2) cooked on site teriyaki chicken from approx 945 (110-122F - Hot Holding); both pans of cooked chicken were placed back on grill to reheat () temp of grilled teriyaki chicken reheated to 188-190 within 10 mins on grill.
