Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Multiple soda nozzles at self dispersing soda machine soiled. Also, ice chute at self dispensing machine soiled. Also, white deflector plate in large ice machine next to triple sink soiled.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Paper towels unable at hand wash sink in bakery. Operator changed out dead batteries. Paper towels dispensing.
