Operator moved cheeses to walk in cooler. Temperature of both cheeses taken approximately 15 minutes later at 36F. Observed house made tuna salad at 45F in flip top reach in cooler top reach in cooler closest to the bakery area. Operator states tuna placed in cooler from the walk in cooler approximately 10 minutes prior. Operator placed tuna in walk in freezer. Temperature approximately 15 minutes later at 40F.
