Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. An employee rubbed their hands for six seconds while washing their hands. Inspector educated the employee on proper hand washing procedures.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand washing sink by the dishwasher is blocked by a plate washing rack and a hotel pan on top. Operator removed the hotel pan and plate washing rack.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. There are no paper towels at the hand sink at the drive through window and the hand sink between the front line and the drive through window. Operator replaced the paper towels at both hand sinks.
Operator is doing a special process, conducting reduced oxygen packaging, cooking time/temperature control for safety food to a time and temperature combination lesser than those in the Food Code or operating a molluscan shellfish tank for human consumption without a HACCP plan approved by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator performs cook chill on site, no HACCP plan submitted to the Division.

Time/temperature control for safety food held using a 6-hour time control plan is not monitored to ensure the temperature is not greater than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Operator is not monitoring the milk held at the coffee station using 6 hour time control.
Plumbing system in disrepair. The faucet at the hand washing sink between the front line and the drive through window squirts out the side. Operator removed the damaged tip.
