Observed chicken salad, tuna salad, deli turkey meat, cooked chicken, sliced white cheddar cheese, cut tomatoes, cooked vegetables (47F-50F - Cold Holding) in top of flip top reach-in cooler across from soup hot holding table. Operator stated items were placed in cooler throughout the morning. Operator placed bags of ice on top of food items to chill.
Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack. Observed clean utensils stored in dirty drawer/ container at bakery area on rolling cart and on cook line. Operator changed out container
Equipment in poor repair. Observed hinges on walk in freezer in disrepair. Operator stated parts are on order.
