Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Compressor pan in walk in cooler has become porous and is leaking on to floor. The condensation is slashing on to boxes of creamers and butters. Manager sis added the boxes and poured the food products into clean containers. The drips are now going into a bucket until repairs are made. There is cooler maintenance personnel on site at time of inspection.
