Asked employee to reheat to 165F. Sausage was reheated to 150F. Operator states that since breakfast was over, it will be discarded. Operator voluntarily discarded sausage.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with debris. Area behind soda nozzles at self service soda dispenser soiled. Discussed with manager on duty.
