Dead roach on premises. Observed 1 dead roach underneath double stacked ovens in rear of kitchen to the right of the bakery walk-in cooler area. Operator removed, cleaned, and sanitized area.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust behind nozzles on self dispensing soda machine and ice chute in lobby area. Operator stated they will be replacing machine.
