Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels in dish area. Manager provided paper towels and place on top of dispenser, until dispenser is replaced.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on microwave door handles at front counter. Operator cleaned handles during inspection.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cashier working the register and touching money put gloves on without washing hands. He then touched bagels and bagged them. Reviewed proper hand washing with cashier.

Walk in cooler #1. liquid eggs 50°F, cheese 50°F, milk 49°F, soups 49°F, cooked chicken 49°F, Manager stated all items were below 41°F 3 hours ago. Nothing cooked or prepped this morning. All foods were transferred to walk in cooler #2.
