Observed employee with gloved hand touch her clothing and proceeded to touch microwave. Spoke with employee regarding handwashing. Employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Observed on steam table being hot held Cooked egg (124F - Hot Holding); Sausage (110F - Hot Holding). Manager removed eggs and sausage and made more. Manager also added more hot water to steam table.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed interior of ice machine soiled near ice chute and behind splash guard. Manager started cleaning ice machine during inspection.
