Floor area(s) covered with standing water. -Observed at ice machine drain line pipe, pipe is not directly over drain causing the water to drain onto the floor surface and not into the drain.
Water leaking from pipe. -Observed at hand washing sink next to register, both hot water and cold handles are in the off position but water is still flowing from pipe.
