Water draining onto floor surface. From where ceiling tile is missing in lobby area and from condenser in bakery walk in cooler.

Ceiling tile missing. Manager stated missing tile is due to leaking from rain the other day. A work order is in place. No leaking observed at time of inspection.

Stored food not covered. Cooling racked with tcs sandwiches not covered.
