Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing station near point of sale blocked with gloves. Person in charge removed gloves from drain.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed coffee brewing machine with rust and corrosion where the filter basket sits. Person in charge took pictures for work order.
