In use dishmachine testing at 0ppm. Inspector noticed sanitizer was out. Person in charge replaced sanitizer, primed unit. Retested at 50ppm by end of inspection.

Operator stated items went in drawer this morning but the drawer may not have been fully closed and the heat from grill raised the temperature. Operator had employee remove TCS foods from drawers and place in walk-in-cooler to chill.
