Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 2 cans of spaghetti sauce, and one can of ketchup dented at the seam. The operator segregated the items for return.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw beef in plastic wrap stored over cheese pastry not commercially packaged. The operator relocated the items.

The operator states they have been in case for less than 2 hours, and states they are discarded after 4 hours. Educated on time as a public health control and provided the form via email.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at coffee station: half and half (70F - Cold Holding). Operator voluntarily discarded item.
