Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb: Mop sink has a splitter on it with one hose attached. The splitter has a vacuum breaker on it but it is at the top of the splitter attached to the faucet. The General Manager removed the splitter during the inspection.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed: Establishment's license is current. However, the one on display expired on 06/01/2022. General Manager call his District Manager to get the current one sent to him.
