Observed : the bulk pizza sauce out for service lacks a time stamp. An adjusted sticker was made for the next 9.5 hours.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed shift leads, which include Cody and Lauren, have no proof of Certified Food Manager certificates.

Flammables stored near a source of ignition. For reporting purposes only. Observed cardboard box less than six inches from the gas fired hot water heater. The box and rack were moved away.

Self-closing device on bathroom door disconnected/broken. Observed: the self closer is not attached to the restroom door.
