To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233: One employee states she has been at establishment for approximately four months. She remembers getting a booklet for training but doesn't know what program. She states she turned it in and doesn't know where it is. All other employees have been employed less than 60 days.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed: Establishment's license is current but is not on display. Shift leader found an old one that was used for verification of correct establishment.
