Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In top section of pizza make reach-in cooler, chicken (52F - Cold Holding). Container filled above chill line.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle labeled glue stored on top of pizza oven. Employee moved spray bottle.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. At dish area, colander with plastic scoops stored in handwash sink.

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Person in Charge not able to locate proof of employee training. Operator can email proof to inspector at thomas.mercer@myfloridalicense.com and inspection can be complied without an onsite visit.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. At pizza cutting station in undercounter reach-in cooler, open bottle soda stored in cooler.
