Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop head inside mop sink, not hung up to dry. Observed operator hanging mop head up properly.

No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no hand soap at hand washing sink next to 3 compartment sink. Observed operator replacing soap in dispenser at hand washing sink.

Single-service articles stored on a soiled surface. Observed pizza boxes standing up unfolded on floor by oven. Had operator remove them.
