Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee bottle of water near preparation area by the three compartment sink. Operator discarded the water.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Walk in cooler: plastic bag with grapes stored on a middle shelf and a personal bottle of water stored on the top shelf above cases of cheese. Operator removed employee items, placed them inside a container, labeled the container ( employee food) and placed on a bottom shelf inside the walk in cooler.
Food stored on floor. Observed several cases of cans of pizza sauce stored on the floor in front of hand washing sink.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed pizza boxes for customers stored in hallway nearby the bathroom for customers and employees use.
