Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Upon inspection observed sanitizer bucket blocking hand washing sink by preparation table in the kitchen.
Food stored on floor. Upon inspection observed mushroom bucket and marinara bucket stored on the floor in walk-in cooler.
