Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. In storage shed out back of establishment, two cans of pineapples chucks dented on top edge and side of can.

Owner stated he had retaken test on 1/22/2026 but can not provide updated certificate.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Blade on can opener attached to table near office soiled.
Equipment in poor repair. Multiple gaskets in establishment torn. Also, on pizza reach in cooler interior of left door has insulation exposed.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave near office in kitchen soiled.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler on cook line, shredded cheese (44F - Cold Holding). Manager states bag of cheese was placed in cooler about 1 hour prior but door has been open and shut to make food. Manager moved bag of cheese to different cooler to lower temperature.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In steam table by reach in freezer, Philly steak (130F - Hot Holding). Manager states Philly meat was made about 15 mins prior. Manager turned steam table up to heat item up to 135F.
Equipment in poor repair. On cook line, left door on reach in cooler has torn gasket and exposed insulation.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. In lobby on soda machine, around soda nozzles has build up.
Open dumpster lid. Dumpster outback of establishment lid open. Manager closed lid.

Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Spring on outside storage shed fell off door frame, spring replaced.
