Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Walk in freezer not in use per operator with ice buildup up on compressor. Operator intends to disconnect as walk in freezer isn't needed.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Metal backside of fryer hood system with grease build up. Fryers removed and no plans on using hod system.
Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Prep table at front counter not sealed, per operator will paint/seal before use.
