Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food: bin of raw chicken wings on shelf over raw shelled eggs on shelf over rice noodles and strawberries in the reach-in cooler in the back storage room. Owner/Operator rearranged all for proper storage.
No soap provided at handwash sink: hand-wash sink on cook line had no soap. Employee got some.
