Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Cup with no handle inside bucket of dry oats. Manager removed cup.

Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One employee out of six observed with food handler training. Operator advised to maintain records and will be addressed at next unannounced inspection.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.ice machine at rear prep kitchen observed green mold like substance.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Doors on reach in coolers soiled and sticky to touch.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Discussed with operator to have it printed from front office and at establishment.

No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. Mop sink not installed. Operator advised the facility is owned by the hotel and the hotel has not installed the sink. Operator is a Yunger Omni mop system and dumping dirty water in floor drain where the mop sink should be located.
