Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sliced ham at 50F, sliced turkey 50F, milk 50F, cream cheese 50F. Operator stated the door had been open. Operator moved all items to freezer to rapidly bring down the temperatures.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed slicer in kitchen with dried food particles. Operator was in the process of cleaning slicer.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels located at employee hand wash sink in dish room.
Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Observed chili in front counter reach in cooler date marked 7/6. Operator stated chili was previously frozen and had just been thawed. Advised operator to date mark when product is thawed.
Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed container of kitchen utensils stored next to employee hand wash sink in front counter area.
