Observed chlorine wiping cloth sanitizer at 200plus ppm at prep area. Manager diluted solution with a final reading of 100ppm.
Food stored on floor. Observed a case of plastic water bottles stored on the floor next to reach in freezer at prep area. Manager placed on shelf.
