Food stored on floor. Observed plastic bottles of Gatorade and water stored on the floor in the office area. The operator properly stored the bottled beverages.

Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed mixing bowls not inverted properly on storage shelf. Observed operator inverting said items.
Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed spatulas and spoons stored handles down instead of handles up. Observed operator removing utensils and storing with handles up.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed coffee filters under coffee machine not protected. Observed operator placing filters back into packaging and placing in a container with lid.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in bucket, not rung out and hung up to dry

Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed plastic forks and knives in a basket not stored with handles up. Observed manager correcting and storing plastic ware handles up.
