Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Test 0ppm. Sanitizer bucket low. Operator replaced sanitizer bucket, ran dish machine and test 50ppm.
Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Salad, bread and drinking ice on self-service buffet line has no sneeze guards or other proper protection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink blocked by bag rack. Operator removed.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees.
