No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap provided at hand wash sink behind front counter. Operator brought soap to the sink but was unable to put in dispenser.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.
Food stored on floor. Fryer oil stored on the floor. Food must be stored a minimum of of 6" off the floor.
Water draining onto floor surface. Pipe under hand wash sink in rear of kitchen has a broken fitting allowing water to drain onto the floor.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
