Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. In house made pizza sauce stored in the walk in cooler with no date mark. Manager stated the pizza sauce was prepared on 7/11. Manager placed a date mark on the pizza sauce.
