Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Employee drinking from open cup in bar area.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed stainless steel cup with no handle used in ice bin at bar area.
Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Observed wiping clothes stored in bucket with quart sanitizer and soap. Employee dumped bucket and corrected bucket to only sanitizer.
