Cold holding unit found turned off. Employee plugged unit back in. At breading station across hot holding unit with chicken strips: -Buttermilk (49F - Cold Holding) @ 12:46pm. Employee put buttermilk on ice. Inspector re-temped buttermilk @1:48pm buttermilk (41F- Cold Holding)
