Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing toxic substance stored in cabinet below breakfast buffet next to plasticware. Also, spray bottle in cabinet under breakfast buffet stored next to bag of granola. Operator removed both spray bottles of cleaners to properly store.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute of ice machine nearest laundry room soiled.
No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at hand wash sink at breakfast buffet area. Operator replenished soap.
