Upon inspection, observed ranch dressing date marked 3/12/26 and Caesar dressing date marked 03/14/26 in walk-in cooler at establishment. Dressings are made by the establishment per employee/manager. Employee removed dressings from walk-in cooler during inspection for disposal.

Upon inspection, observed cooked pasta 45f, seafood stew 45f in lower reach-in cooler in downstairs kitchen at establishment. Employee stated he had removed items from cooler to organize and clean the cooler this morning, less than 4 hours ago per employee.
