Cold holding cooler front area; cut lettuce (48F - Cold Holding); pico (48F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (48F - Cold Holding); salsa (50F - Cold Holding); corn mix (48F - Cold Holding Operator stated last time take temperature 2 hours ago was at 40f and he moved all the food to freezer to cool down. All the food temperature get down to 32f after replace it at the freezer and operator was able to fix the cooler while conducted my inspection.
