Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing: dish machine chlorine sanitizer tested to 0ppm. Manager had employee change the sanitizer and prime the machine. Retested to 100ppm.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink: hand-wash sink next to beverage machine did not have any paper towels. Employee got some during the inspection.
Equipment in poor repair: observed the walk-in freezer door seal is broken and hanging loose not allowing for a good seal on the freezer. However, the food was still frozen to the touch. Potentially the cause of the ice buildup on the right fan.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer: observed the right fan in the walk-in freezer covered in ice.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment: two knives on cook line with blades between the microwave and the shelf it sits on. Employee removed the knives and took them to the dish area for cleaning.

Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product: ice in ice bin removed due to an employee's canned beverage in it.
