Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm), operator had detergent and sanitizer crossed. Operator corrected, chlorine sanitizer 50ppm.

In the reach in cooler m (marked 6), next to the deep fryer raw ground meat is stored over whole muscle pork chops. In the walk-in cooler there are raw hamburgers stored over whole muscle pork chops. Operator moved items to proper storage.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a mold like substance on the ice chute in the ice machine.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. There is a employee cellphone on a make table cutting board.
