Operator already has three compartment sink set up for manual handwashing of plate ware and utensils. Operator calling technician to service dishwasher. Second and third attempts at temperature were 150F. Operator had a bypass installed and now using chlorine for sanitizing. Sanitizer at 100 ppm.
