Plans submitted and approved don't match. During licensing inspection, observe front sliding window missing sliding screen to go alongside the front service window. Operator stated with approved plans reviewed by Plan reviewer on 11-12-25 under the communication task section of the Plan Review Task Form "1. The service window has a glass sliding window indeed and it also has a sliding screen in the sliding window." Operator will add sliding screen. Unable to complete licensing inspection until in compliance. Hand wash sink is immediately adjacent to the three-compartment sink and is missing a splash guard which will be required. The mobile unit may not permanently connect to available utilities. Operator has no portable generator during inspection and is hooked up to city power. Operator is not self sufficient
