Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. No trash can inside establishment, paper towels used at hand wash sink. Operator brought trash can inside.
Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 0ppm). Operator added bleach to chlorine 100ppm.
