Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer testing at 10ppm. Operator called technician and set up manual sanitizer. Technician arrived before end of inspection and fixed machine now testing at 100ppm.
