Observed high temp machine has been temporarily set up for chemical sanitizer due to temp booster part being ordered. Unable to make machine test any sanitation at time of inspection. 120F temp and 0ppm chlorine sanitation at time of inspection. Had operator set up triple sink to sanitize at time of inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed pasta pot being filled at hand wash sink on cooks line at time of inspection. Operator spoke with employee and moved pot.
