Upon inspection, observed sliced ham 46f in upper make bar cooler, provolone cheese 47f in lower make bar cooler, sliced provolone 59f in upright reach-in cooler. Establishment begins prep at approximately 10:30am for opening at 11:00am and employees confirmed they have been in and out of both make bar cooler and upright reach-in cooler frequently during the lunch rush. Observed ambient temperature inside MFDV to be very warm.
