- From initial inspection : Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Hood system removed from over 4 burner range, 6 burner range and fryers added without hood system. Operator has spring rolls and egg rolls on her menu that she does plan to fry.

Gas stove added to kitchen on east wall no hood system, Table top fryers added to cook line, Hood system removed from over 4 burner gas stove, prep table removed from north wall next to hand wash sink, reach in refrigerator added to dining room holding beverages, prep table added to dining room under front counter, soybean maker and grinder removed, hot holding table top unit added to front counter. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
